This pricing model is typically used for most Medium to Larger sized projects that need to be visually inspected. Often they can involve custom work or different options for the clients (ex: kitchen or bathroom remodeling, building projects, etc.) In these cases we will need to meet with you, the clients, and inspect the property to go over your detailed requirements of the project in order to provide an accurate estimate for a total price including labor and materials.
This pricing model is our most commonly used. It applies to service calls and small to medium projects where we install items you have pre-purchased and provide. (ex: ceiling fan installation, faucet installation, clogged drain line, TV mounting, etc.) This flat rate is for the labor and basic materials needed to complete the job. The price does however exclude the items such as the faucet, ceiling fan, etc.
